Privacy Policy

Your data is yours. We collect what the product needs to work, we don't sell it, we don't run ads against it, and you can export or permanently delete all of it yourself, anytime, from inside the app.

Your email address (that's the whole login), your display name if you give one, and everything you create in Reactor: boards, hits and tasks, scorecards, quests, quarters, sprints, milestones, interviews, standups, and your conversations with the Coach.

We also record operational metadata: activity events (completions, reschedules — this powers your own streaks and the Coach's planning) and AI usage metering (token counts and cost per conversation, used for fair-use budgeting).

When you talk to the Coach, your message and relevant context from your boards are processed by third-party AI models (via OpenRouter) to generate its replies. These providers process the text to serve the request; we choose providers under terms that do not permit training on this data.

The Coach also keeps private working notes — its read on how you work best, patterns it notices — used solely to coach you better. They are never shared with other users, never used for anything except your own coaching, and they are erased with your account.

Payments run entirely through Stripe. Your card number never touches our servers — we store only your Stripe customer reference, your plan, and its status.

Our infrastructure providers, strictly to run the service: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (billing), OpenRouter and its model providers (AI processing), and Resend (transactional email — login links and reminders). No data brokers, no advertisers, no selling, ever.

If you're on the Coaching tier, Todd (the human) can see your progress data — scorecards, streaks, plan structure, activity — to coach you on the live calls. He cannot see your private conversations with the Coach or its private working notes. Anything deeper is shared only when you choose to share it, live, yourself.

One kind: the authentication session that keeps you logged in, plus a timezone hint so your days land on the right dates. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics pixels.

⚙ Settings → Your data downloads everything as a single JSON file. ⚙ Settings → Danger zone permanently deletes your account and every piece of data with it — irreversibly, within moments, no email chain required.
