Terms of Service

Reactor is a productivity and coaching system built around the Atomic Reactor methodology — a quest/quarter/sprint/hit framework for running your business, paired with an AI Coach and, on the Coaching plan, live weekly group coaching calls.

You need an account to use Reactor. Keep your login secure — you're responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person unless we've agreed otherwise.

Reactor Core and Reactor Coaching are paid monthly subscriptions billed through Stripe. Your first subscription includes a 14-day free trial — your card is required up front, and you won't be charged until the trial ends. If your trial isn't for you, cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices are shown at checkout and on the billing page; we'll give you notice before any price change takes effect for existing subscribers.

Cancel anytime, self-serve, from the billing portal (Account → Billing → Manage billing) — no email, no phone call, no retention maze. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then.

Your boards, hits, quarters, quest, dossier, and coaching history are yours. You can export everything as a plain JSON file at any time from Settings — during an active plan, during a trial, or after you cancel. We don't hold your data hostage as a retention tactic, and we never will.

Use Reactor for its intended purpose: running your own business or, if you're a coach yourself, your own coaching practice. Don't use it to harass, spam, or attack other people or systems. Don't try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service.

The Atomic Reactor methodology, its frameworks (quest/quarter/sprint/hit, the Health Governor, the coaching cascade, and related tools), and the AI Coach's coaching system are proprietary and belong to Reactor. Your subscription gives you a license to use them inside the app — it doesn't give you a license to extract, replicate, or teach them elsewhere.

Reverse-engineering the app, scraping its content, or systematically extracting the underlying methodology (through the Coach, exports, screen-recording for redistribution, or any other means) in order to reproduce or resell it is prohibited.

Reactor is a tool and a coaching system, not a promise of outcomes. We work hard to keep it reliable and useful, but we don't guarantee specific business results, and the service is provided as-is.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we'll let you know before it takes effect. Continuing to use Reactor after a change means you accept the update.
